Privacy Policy
Immigration applications require sensitive personal information. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, who we share it with, and the control you keep over it.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
Fastrack Immigration is a visa and immigration consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, serving clients in the Kingdom, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and worldwide. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fastrack Immigration.
We are the party responsible for deciding how your personal information is handled when you contact us or engage our services. Our contact details are in section 12.
2. Information you give us
When you complete a form on this website, we collect only what that form asks for:
- Contact and call-back forms: your name, email address, phone number, the visa service you are interested in, and your message.
- Free profile assessment: your name, contact number, age, highest education, nationality, preferred destination country, visa category, and any additional details you choose to share.
If you go on to engage us for an application, we will collect considerably more — passport details, academic and employment records, financial evidence, language test results, police certificates, and family details. We only ask for documents that the relevant immigration authority actually requires for your specific route, and we tell you why each one is needed.
You may also contact us directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Those conversations, and any documents you send through them, are handled under this same policy.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated statistical data. We use it to understand which pages are useful and where visitors struggle — not to build a profile of you as an individual.
4. Why we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Assess your eligibility and identify which visa routes realistically fit your profile.
- Respond to your enquiry by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Prepare, review, and submit applications on your instruction.
- Keep you updated on the progress of your case.
- Meet our own record-keeping, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Improve this website and the guidance we publish.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to anyone, ever.
5. Marketing
If you have made an enquiry, we may contact you about your case and about services closely related to what you asked for. We do not add enquiry details to unrelated marketing lists. You can ask us to stop sending anything promotional at any time by replying to any message or emailing us — and we will still respond to anything concerning your live application.
6. Who we share it with
Your information is shared only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for, or where the law requires it. Specifically:
- Immigration authorities, embassies, consulates and visa application centres — only for the application you have instructed us to submit.
- Educational institutions and employers — where your route requires an admission or sponsorship application.
- Service providers who operate our systems — our website hosting, database, email delivery, and website analytics providers. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
7. International transfers
Immigration is inherently cross-border. To deliver our service we transfer your information to the country you are applying to, and our technology providers may store data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where information leaves the Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable data protection law.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a limited period so we can pick up the conversation if you return, and then deleted.
Client files are kept for as long as we act for you, and afterwards for as long as we may need them — to answer questions about a completed application, to support a future application, and to satisfy accounting and legal retention requirements. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it.
9. How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database, our administrative dashboard requires authentication, and access to client files is limited to consultants who need it for your case.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can commit to is that we collect the minimum we need, we restrict who can see it, and if a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the relevant authority.
Please do not send passport scans, financial statements, or other sensitive documents over unsecured channels or public messaging groups. We will tell you the appropriate way to send documents for your case.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and provide a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose, such as marketing.
- Restrict how we use your information while a concern is being resolved.
To exercise any of these, email us at fastrackimmigration984@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Note that some requests have limits: if you ask us to delete information while an application is in progress, we may be unable to continue acting for you, and we may still need to retain records to meet legal obligations.
11. Cookies and analytics
We use website analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and report aggregated statistics to us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The website will continue to work normally without them.
This site also embeds a Google Map on our contact page and links to WhatsApp and our social media profiles. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies, which govern any data they collect when you interact with them.
12. Contact and complaints
For any question about this policy, or to exercise your rights, contact us at:
- Email: fastrackimmigration984@gmail.com
- Phone: +966-559-290572
- Address: Prince Fahad Ibn Ibrahim Al Saud, Al Malaz Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Office hours: Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, closed Sundays
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you. See also our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.
